Jenene Wilson is vice president of Human Resources for Edison Mission Group (EMG). She joined EMG in December, 2001. Her role involves leadership of all the company’s human resources and administrative functions including employee relations, staffing & recruitment, organizational/leadership training & development, performance management, succession planning, policy development, compensation, benefits, affirmative action plans, payroll and office services. She represents EMG on the Edison International (EIX) Human Resources Team, is a member of the EIX Contributions Review Team and the EIX Benefits Committee.
Prior to joining EMG, Wilson was employed by MySmart Solutions and by PDI/DreamWorks as vice president, Human Resources with full responsibility for all human resources functions. Wilson also held various management positions at Mattel with responsibility for all human resources generalist functional areas for several major business units and prior to that at Carter Hawley Hale Stores where she held several executive management positions in human resources including that of vice president, Compensation, Benefits and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).
Wilson received a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Washington, Seattle. |
