D. Jeffry Benoliel began his career with the Company in 1995. His current responsibilities include managing and overseeing all legal matters, regulatory affairs, and risk management for the Company's global operations. He also serves as General Counsel to the Company's Board of Directors.
Prior to 1995, Mr. Benoliel was a partner at Fox, Rothschild, O'Brien & Frankel, LLP, a major law firm in Philadelphia, handling corporate transactions including commercial lending, securities, and general corporate matters. |
