Mr. Zager represents physicians, hospitals, and pharmacies in malpractice litigation. He has represented a publicly traded pharmaceutical manufacturer as part of a team coordinating the nationwide defense of multi district federal and state products liability actions, and in class action consumer litigation. He also represents a variety of corporations in liability defense litigation, commercial litigation, and insurance coverage litigation.
