Jeffrey Pfeffer, Ph.D. has served as a director of SonoSite since April 1998. He is the Thomas D. Dee II Professor of Organizational Behavior at the Graduate School of Business at Stanford University, where he has been a faculty member since 1979. He also served on the faculty at the University of Illinois and the University of California at Berkeley and served as the Thomas Henry Carroll-Ford Foundation Visiting Professor of Business Administration at Harvard Business School. Dr. Pfeffer is a member of the boards of directors of Audible Magic Corporation, a private internet software company, and Unicru, Inc., a private application service provider of hiring management systems. Dr. Pfeffer holds B.S. and M.S. degrees from Carnegie Mellon University and a Ph.D. from Stanford University. |
