Jeff Nielsen is a Managing Director in NCI's Disputes and Investigations practice. For more than 15 years, Mr. Nielsen has advised counsel and their clients with respect to the financial, economic and data management aspects of complex commercial disputes and investigative matters, often involving financial services and real estate. Mr. Nielsen's expertise in the financial services sector is broad and includes analyzing commercial and residential lending transactions from initial underwriting through securitization. His experience in this area dates back to dozens of matters emanating from the S&L crisis and currently focuses on credit quality issues related to subprime lending. Mr. Nielsen applies advanced dispute analytics and investigative techniques across a variety of cases, with a hallmark being his ability to communicate highly technical concepts in terms that can be readily understood. |
