Jeffrey Neal is president of the west region of Kforce Inc., responsible for management of Finance & Accounting and Technology staffing services.
Neal came to Kforce through its merger with Hall Kinion. While serving as senior vice president for major accounts and the central region at Hall Kinion, he was a key contributor in growing revenues from $2.5 million to more than $190 million. He began his staffing industry career with Oxford and Associates in the Silicon Valley, joining Hall Kinion in 1994. Prior to that, he held management positions at a consumer sales and marketing firm.
A graduate of the University of California, Santa Barbara, Neal also completed the Executive Management program at Stanford University. He is a respected authority and speaker on improving service and sales through behavioral differentiation, and is actively involved with the National Association of Computer Consultant Businesses, serving on the executive board of directors as secretary and treasurer. |
