Jeffrey Michalczak is an associate in the Leveraged Finance Group in the New York Office of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP.
Mr. Michalczak's experience includes representing borrowers and lenders in a variety of credit facilities, lessors in aircraft finance and leasing transactions as well as underwriters in domestic securities offerings.
Mr. Michalczak received his B.A. in Mathematics at the College of New Jersey in 1999, and his J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School in 2004. Mr. Michalczak is admitted to practice law in the States of New York and New Jersey. |
