Jeffrey Freireich, Managing Director, has been with Kushner Companies since 1985, overseeing zoning, approvals, land acquisition and operations for the company. He has an M.B.A. degree in Finance from New York University Graduate School of Business and a J.D. degree from Hofstra University School of Law and is admitted to the Bars of the states of New Jersey and New York. Since 1997 he has served on the Livingston Township Planning Board in numerous capacities, including vice chairman. He is a member of numerous civic, charitable and industry organizations including: Board of Governors of Cathedral Healthcare Systems; Land Use and Planning Committee of the New Jersey Builders' Association; Community Builders Association of New Jersey; National Association of Home Builders; the Urban Development/Mixed-Use Council of the Urban Land Institute; and the Board of Trustees of Joseph Kushner Hebrew Academy. |
