Jeffrey Averick is responsible for the strategic direction of Certica’s K-12 information management solutions. He has been instrumental in the development and proliferation of Certify software, overseeing four major product releases and numerous customer deployments since the product’s introduction in 2004. Prior to co-founding Certica, Averick was president and chief executive officer of QDB Solutions, a leading data quality software provider. Having executed the successful acquisition of QDB Solutions by data warehousing pioneer Prism Solutions, Averick went on to provide strategic counsel to emerging technology firms, including several in the data quality field. Prior to heading up QDB Solutions in the early 1990s, Averick was vice president of product development at BGS Systems, a provider of computer system capacity planning products. Averick holds a BS in mathematics from Haverford College and an MS in computer science and mathematics from Boston University. |
