Jeffrey W. Mikoni is an associate in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP based in the Firm's Washington D.C. office. As a member of the Trial Department, he concentrates his practice on complex trial and appellate litigation, with an emphasis on federal jurisdictional and constitutional issues.
Prior to joining the Firm, Jeff served as a summer associate for McDermott in 2004 as well as a judicial intern to the Honorable Dennis M. McHugh of the Sixth Judicial Circuit of Maryland in 2003. While at law school, Jeff acted as an associate editor on the Georgetown Law Journal, a competitor in the Barristers' Council-Mock Trial Division, and a teaching fellow in the Legal Research and Writing program. During his third year, Jeff practiced law before the D.C. Superior Court through the D.C. Law Students in Court clinical program.
Jeff is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia and the District of Columbia, as well as before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.
