Jeffrey W. Coombs, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Coombs rejoined the company in 1996 to expand professional services and increase customer satisfaction after spending roughly two years in senior management positions at TSW International Inc. (now Indus International). Before his time at TSW, Coombs was with American Software from 1985 until 1994. He joined the company to create the Services organization, and was Vice President of Customer Services. Prior to that, Coombs held various technical positions with companies including Saudi Arabian Airlines and Northern Bank Ltd., Belfast, N. Ireland. Coombs earned a degree in basic systems analysis from Northern Ireland Technical College.
