Jeff Dayton is responsible for the global operation of the firm, and for implementing tactical business decisions. As COO, Jeff optimizes the firm’s financial performance. He achieves this partly through the execution of an intra-office workshare program, allocating project resources, such as staff, among the firm’s eight offices around the world. One of Jeff’s chief duties is to direct the firm’s Quality Management Program, a key process for ensuring both fiscal and professional success. All of CUH2A’s Managing Directors report to Jeff, who brings to his leadership over 22 years of diversified management experience in the design and realization of complex building facilities. Clients with whom he has worked include the Weill Medical College of Cornell University, the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine, the University of Louisville, Eli Lilly, AT&T, and Procter & Gamble. |
