Jeffrey Rogers is the President and COO of Integra Realty Resources, Inc., which is the largest valuation and counseling firm in United States. Mr. Rogers is responsible for the leadership of Integra’s 56 offices in the United States and Mexico. With input from the Board of Directors, Mr. Rogers developed and implemented the strategic plan. He also increased the number of participants in the Integra National Account Program, which services Integra’s largest clients and partners. Mr. Rogers is also credited with updating Integra’s technology platform and infrastructure connecting all 800 employees. Under his leadership, Integra’s revenues have grown significantly and the company considerably increased its business development activities. Mr. Rogers is a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization and volunteers his time to various non-profit organizations.
Prior to joining Integra, Mr. Rogers held the position of President and later Chief Financial Officer of ReturnBuy, Inc., a software and services firm which helps manufacturers, retailers and distributors recapture more value on returned, overstock and end-of-life inventory. As CFO, Mr. Rogers formed the strategic vision of the company and grew the company from 2 to over 140 employees over a 4 year period and successfully led the company through several rounds of venture and debt funding, raising over $35 million in equity and debt. The company was acquired in February 2003 by Jabil Circuit (JBL), a $3.6B public company that provides design, manufacturing, repair and warranty services worldwide for electronics companies. During his tenure at ReturnBuy, Mr. Rogers served on the Board of the Northern Virginia Technology Council and was a member of the Potomac Officers Club.
Before founding ReturnBuy, Mr. Rogers worked on Wall Street in the Financial Sponsors Group at Deutsche Banc Alex Brown. At DB Alex Brown, he advised private equity firms and internal investment funds on investments, leveraged buyouts, and mergers and acquisitions. Previously, Jeffrey worked in the Financial Sponsors Group at NationsBanc Montgomery Securities, LLC, where he advised a number of financial sponsors on debt and acquisition transactions.
Jeffrey began his career in law, as Counsel for NationsBank Corporation, where he practiced corporate law. His practice areas included health care, mergers and acquisitions, and international finance. Jeffrey is a member of the North Carolina and District of Columbia Bars. He received his BA from Washington and Lee University, his JD from Washington and Lee University School of Law, where he was president of Phi Alpha Delta, and finally, his MBA from the Darden School at the University of Virginia. |
