Jeffrey S. Tullman is a co-managing partner of the firm and co-chairs the Corporate, Business and Securities practice group. Mr. Tullman is engaged in the practice of corporate, securities and commercial law with an emphasis on complex corporate transactions, domestic and international stock and asset acquisitions, dispositions and mergers, corporate reorganizations, secured financings, public offerings and private placements of debt and equity securities on behalf of issuers and underwriters, tender offers, shareholder disputes and corporate governance matters. Mr. Tullman serves as outside general counsel to various public and closely held companies.
Mr. Tullman is an honors graduate (Magna Cum Laude) of Kenyon College having received his B.A. degree in 1965. Mr. Tullman earned his J.D. degree from Harvard Law School in 1968. |
