Jeffrey S. Brown has been a director of the Company since April 1999. He is also a director of the Bank. Mr. Brown is vice chairman of NFI, a comprehensive provider of freight transportation, warehousing, third party logistics, contract manufacturing, and real estate development. He is also president and chief operating officer of National Freight, one of the top transportation companies in the industry. Mr. Brown is one of the general partners of The Four B's, a partnership with extensive holdings primarily in the Eastern United States. He is also an officer and director of several other corporations and partnerships in the transportation, equipment leasing, insurance, warehousing and real estate industries. |
