Mr. Miller has broad commercial litigation experience. Mr. Miller's practice focuses on complex litigation matters, with emphasis on commercial and class action litigation. Mr. Miller has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in complex business disputes in state and federal courts throughout the country, as well as in arbitration and mediation. Prior to joining Dykema in 2006, Mr. Miller was a litigation associate for four years at Kirkland & Ellis LLP's Chicago office. Mr. Miller has successfully represented clients in many areas of litigation, including:
