Current responsibility
Jeff is a principal and consultant in the West Paterson, New Jersey office of Milliman where he is responsible for the planning and directing of the Defined Benefit Outsourcing Center of the Northeast region of Milliman. Jeff joined the firm in 1984.
Experience
An expert in the area of employee benefit programs, Jeff's consulting activities primarily focus on the design, communication, implementation, administration, and funding of a wide range of qualified and nonqualified retirement programs.
An acknowledged authority in his field, Jeff consults with both private and public sector employers in the area of vendor selection, including total retirement outsourcing, or through an unbundled approach with respect to investments, administration, compliance, communication, and consulting services.
Jeff serves on various industry boards and committees and is actively involved in the planning, growth, management, and development of product and service offerings of the New York region.

Jeff has been a guest speaker before professional groups and trade organizations, addressing audiences on topics related to current regulatory and administrative issues with benefit programs. |
