Mr. Zwerdling has served as a director of the Company since November 1996. Mr. Zwerdling is Managing Partner at the law firm of Zwerdling & Oppleman in Richmond Virginia. Mr. Zwerdling is a general practice attorney with an emphasis in commercial real estate corporate law and general litigation. He is currently President and a director of The Corporate Center owner of a 225 000 square foot office park complex located in Richmond Virginia.
