Jeffrey M. Reisenberg is a Vice President of the firm's corporate advisory business.
While at Evercore, Mr. Reisenberg has been involved in advising Storage Technology Corp. in its sale to Sun Microsystems, SBC in its acquisition of AT&T and in Cingular’s acquisition of AT&T Wireless, General Mills in the redemption of its interest in Snack Ventures Europe, Robert Mondavi Corp. in its sale to Constellation brands and its proposed dual-class equity recapitalization, CVS in its acquisition of Eckerd Drugstores, Kaman Corporation in its dual-class equity recapitalization, Louis Dreyfus Natural Gas in its sale to Dominion Resources and Accenture in its initial public offering.
Mr. Reisenberg graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania's Huntsman Program in International Studies & Business, where he received a BS from the Wharton School, concentrating in Finance, and a BA from the College of Arts and Sciences, majoring in International Studies and French. |
