Jeff’s practice includes a broad range of general business transactions including real estate transactions and secured financing. His experience includes the representation of buyers and sellers of commercial and residential real estate, landlords and tenants in office and retail leasing transactions, and lenders and borrowers in secured lending transactions, project financings and commercial loans.
Jeff also conducts a general practice that has included the acquisition of both private and public entities and general bankruptcy matters including the representation of both debtors and creditors.
