Jeffrey M. Boromisa has been senior vice president, Kellogg Company; executive vice president, Kellogg International; and president, Kellogg Asia Pacific since December 2006. He is also a member of the company's global leadership team.
Mr. Boromisa joined Kellogg in 1981 as a senior auditor. He was promoted to supervisor, internal auditing in 1983 and to manager, internal auditing in 1985 before being assigned to Queretaro, Mexico, in 1988 as controller, Kellogg de Mexico. He returned to corporate headquarters in Battle Creek in 1990 as director, cash management and long-range planning. He was promoted to director, financial analysis, Kellogg USA in 1995; to director, financial process design, Kellogg USA in 1997, and to vice president, purchasing, Kellogg North America later in 1997.
He was promoted to Kellogg Company vice president and corporate controller in 1999. In February 2002, he assumed additional responsibility as chief financial officer, Kellogg International and in November 2002, he was promoted to senior vice president of Kellogg Company and corporate controller. In 2004, he was promoted to senior vice president of Kellogg Company and chief financial officer.
Mr. Boromisa holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from Michigan State University and has completed graduate courses at Thunderbird, the American Graduate School of International Management. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Mr. Boromisa was born March 9, 1955, in Gary, Indiana. He and his wife, Laura, reside in Portage, Michigan. They have two children. |
