Jeffrey L. Ducker is a Director in the firm's audit and accounting services division. He also serves as the firm's Director of Common Interest Realty Association (CIRA) Services. His role as Director includes management of the firm’s very substantial practice of services to condominium and homeowners associations, cooperatives, timeshare associations, mixed use associations and planned unit developments.
With over 25 years experience in senior management positions in both public and private accounting, Mr. Ducker’s background includes health care, real estate, property management, not-for-profit organizations, corporate and individual taxation as well as commercial entities. He has authored numerous articles for Condo Management Magazine and was a former director of the Community Associations Institute-Greater Miami Chapter. Mr. Ducker is a current director of the Community Association Network, and is a member of the Community Association Management Professionals.
He has served as president of the American Lung Association of South Florida and the American Lung Association of Florida. Mr. Ducker has a Bachelor of Science degree from the City College of New York and a Masters in Business Administration from Fordham University. |
