Jeffrey Hepper serves as President of Vitol Refining Group, responsible for the activities of Vitol's 105,000 barrel per day refinery in Newfoundland, Canada. He is also a Director of the Vitol Group of Companies, a London-based privately held international commodity trading company, and one of the largest independent oil trading companies in the world. Prior to joining Vitol in 1985, Mr. Hepper held positions in supply planning, product distribution, and product trading at Tosco Corporation, an independent refining and marketing company. He started his professional career with Mobil Oil in Torrance, California, serving in various refinery positions, including process engineering, refinery operations, and economics and planning. Mr. Hepper received a B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of California at Davis. |
