Jeff Sun concentrates his practice on representing management in both labor and employment matters, including equal employment opportunity counseling and employment litigation under various federal and state employment statutes, including Title VII, the ADA, and the ADEA. Prior to joining Ford & Harrison, Jeff served as an attorney at a Washington, DC law firm where he worked with clients on a wide range of labor and employment litigation matters.
He is a member of the State Bar of Maryland, District of Columbia and American Bar Associations. He is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the District of Maryland and the United States District Court for the District of Columbia.
After law school, Jeff clerked for the Honorable Janice Ambrose in the District Court of Maryland.
Jeff's published works include "Empty Benches: Judicial Vacancies in the U.S. Courts" from the August 1997 issue of The Federal Lawyer. He is proficient in Mandarin Chinese.
