Mr. Roncka, Vice President, is the Washington Director of CRA's Aerospace & Defense consulting practice. His broad background in the industry spans both the public and private sectors, including positions in Federal Government, investment banking, consulting and serving on the board of directors of a publicly traded aerospace supplier. Most recently, he was the senior Vice President at Global Technology Partners, LLC, an aerospace and defense investment banking boutique affiliated with the Rothschild Group. At GTP, Mr. Roncka spearheaded business development activities and led the execution of transaction advisory engagements for major U.S., European and Israeli defense clients. He previously served as an industrial and financial analyst in the Office of the Secretary of Defense where he conducted market and product sector analyses that identified and assessed technical, financial, and programmatic factors influencing firm and market competitiveness. Additionally, he has experience working at the Department of State and Central Intelligence Agency. Mr. Roncka's current work is focused on helping clients evaluate their competitive market positions, review their product and technology portfolios, identify repositioning needs, and execute the resulting implementation plan, particularly through the use of strategic transactions. |
