Jeff's practice focuses on all aspects of taxation, estate planning and administration, and corporate and business law. He has advised all types of clients, ranging from individuals just starting a new business, a married couple arranging their estate plan, to a Fortune 500 company needing transactional tax planning services.
In addition to developing creative ideas and strategies to achieve clients' business, investment, family or personal goals while minimizing their tax liabilities, Jeff's practice necessarily involves handling clients' needs in the related fields of business and corporation law, business succession, and representing clients before the Internal Revenue Service and state tax authorities, and if necessary, litigating tax disputes in the relevant judicial forum.
Jeff has been a shareholder in McGrath North since 1981 and currently serves as a member of the firm's board of directors.
