Jeff Seibert is a principal in Miles & Stockbridge’s Baltimore office. Mr. Seibert is the chairman of the firm’s Real Estate Finance practice group and has an extensive practice representing national and regional lending institutions in real estate secured financing transactions, and real estate holding and development companies in transactions involving the acquisition, development, management, leasing and sale of real property. Representative lending clients include Bank of America, N.A., Manufacturers and Traders Trust Company, Branch Banking and Trust Company and SunTrust Bank. Mr. Seibert is an avid volunteer with educational institutions. He currently is the president of the board of trustees at Roland Park Country School in Baltimore and is a past president of the National Alumni Association of Trinity College, where he was awarded the Alumni Medal of Excellence for service to the institution in 1995.
