Jeffrey H. Levinson is a Shareholder in the Scottsdale office. He focuses his practice on creditors' rights, construction law and litigation. Mr. Levinson represents a variety of business clients which include title companies, financial institutions, subcontractors and material suppliers in the construction industry. He has extensive experience in litigating matters on construction disputes, real estate and other business issues.
Mr. Levinson received his B.A. in History from the University of Denver and his M.A. in Teaching and History from Carnegie-Mellon University. He earned his J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law in 1979.
Mr. Levinson is a member of NACM and the Construction Law Subsection of the State Bar of Arizona. He also serves on the Board of Directors of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Metropolitan Phoenix and is a former Board Member and National Trustee of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
