As group president - shared services, Jeff Fox oversees Alltel’s network services, strategic applications, information technology, procurement and enterprise security departments.
Fox served as group president - Alltel Information Services from 1996 through divestiture in 2003.
Prior to joining Alltel, Fox was in investment banking for 12 years and served as a vice president at Stephens Inc. in Little Rock. At Stephens, he provided corporate finance and merger and acquisition advisory services. Prior to joining Stephens, he worked as an analyst with Merrill Lynch Pierce Fenner and Smith in New York.
Fox currently serves on the Foundation Board for Positive Atmosphere Reaches Kids (PARK).
Fox has a degree in economics from Duke University. |
