Jeffrey F. O'Donnell Sr. has served as a director since September 2005. From September 2003 to August 2005, he served as a director of Cardiac Science, Inc. Since 1999, Mr. O'Donnell has been the President and Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors of PhotoMedex, Inc., a developer of proprietary excimer laser and fiber optic systems and techniques. He served as President and CEO of Radiance Medical Systems (originally Cardiovascular Dynamics) from 1997 to 1999, having joined that company as Vice President of Sales and Marketing in 1995. He subsequently assumed a role as non-executive Chairman of the Board at that company. From 1994 to 1995, Mr. O'Donnell held the position of President and CEO of Kensey Nash Corporation. Additionally, he has held several senior sales and marketing management positions at Boston Scientific, Guidant Corporation and Johnson & Johnson Orthopedic. Mr. O'Donnell has a B.S. in Business Administration and Marketing from La Salle University. |
