Mr. Lewin focuses on civil and business litigation and represents a variety of national and international corporations and sophisticated individuals. He has experience with a variety of issues and has tried antitrust, RICO, Lanham Act, fraud, breach of trust, products liability, breach of contract, employment, negligence, product defamation, and punitive damages cases in state and federal courts throughout the country. A trial attorney for the Antitrust Division of the U.S. Department of Justice in 1975 and 1976, Mr. Lewin is admitted to the Bars of California and of the U.S. Supreme Court. He has lectured and published articles on various legal topics, and currently serves as an arbitrator for the Superior Court and a trustee of California Western School of Law, where, during law school, he was a Member of the Order of Barristers and Lead Articles Editor of the California Western Law Review. |
