Jeffrey D. Silverstein is a partner in Seward & Kissel’s Real Estate and Institutional Finance Group. He joined the Firm in 1989.
Mr. Silverstein’s experience includes advising institutional and other investors in real estate and real estate related transactions throughout the United States, including the acquisition, financing, leasing, development and disposition of a wide variety of real estate and real estate related assets. He also has broad experience representing domestic, international and multinational creditors, indenture trustees and other service providers in connection with workouts and restructurings of companies in the United States and Asia.
Mr. Silverstein received a J.D. degree from Fordham University in 1989 and a B.A. degree in English from Washington University. He is a member of the Pension Real Estate Association. |
