Jeffrey D. Lorenger was appointed Vice President General Counsel and Secretary in 2005.
Prior to his current position Mr. Lorenger held various positions with the Corporation and its operating companies including: Vice President Seating Business Allsteel Inc.; Vice President Marketing Alisteel Inc.; Vice President Member and Community Relations Alisteel Inc.; and Senior Counsel HNI Corporation.
Prior to joining HNI he was an attorney with Gray Plant Mooty focusing primarily on corporate finance debt restructuring and real estate.
Mr. Lorenger has a BBA degree - marketing from the University of Iowa; a JD degree from the University of Iowa College of Law; and an MBA from Tippe College of Business University of Iowa. |
