Jeffrey is a project executive / senior HVAC engineer for Grunau Company?s Engineering Services department, where he is responsible for the management and leadership of the design and project management team. He also is a member of Grunau?s Safety Committee and Lean Team. The Lean Team is a committee that implements ?lean? construction philosophies that seek to maximize value and minimize waste. Jeffrey joined the Grunau team in 1989 as an HVAC engineer. In 1995, he took on a project management role, becoming thoroughly involved in engineering jobs from their design and development phase to completion. Before his work at Grunau, Jeffrey worked as an HVAC project engineer with HNTB, a national transportation planning, engineering and design firm. Jeffrey graduated in 1985 from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a bachelor?s degree in mechanical engineering. He recently completed his master?s of business administration from the UW. Jeffrey is currently a licensed professional engineer and member of the American Society of Heating, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE). |
