Jeff Armstrong has more than twenty years of experience in operations, finance and general management in the turnaround consulting industry. He has served in a variety of roles including executive management and advisor to corporate management, stakeholders, investors and lenders in under-performing situations. He has vast industry experience including consumer products, manufacturing, transportation, distribution, and financial institutions. Prior to joining CM&D, Mr. Armstrong was a founder and Managing Partner at Corporate Revitalization Partners, a national restructuring firm. He led the Atlanta office which served the Eastern United States. Mr. Armstrong’s restructuring experience includes acting as interim Chief Financial Officer for a multi-store consumer finance company where he was integrally involved in selling the company through a section 363 sale in conjunction with a Chapter 11 filing, and interim CFO of a $140 million publicly-traded manufacturer of industrial and consumer products with operations in four countries. He has also acted as Chief Restructuring Officer for a $90 Million manufacturing company with operations in Mexico and China, and a $100 Million food manufacturer where he rationalized operations and restructured the balance sheet resulting in significant additional equity capital. Mr. Armstrong received a Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin where he was a Sord Scholar and a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University. He is a member of the Turnaround Management Association, Atlanta Venture Forum and the American Bankruptcy Institute. |
