Jeffrey C. Swoveland has been a director since 1991. Mr. Swoveland serves as Chief Financial Officer of Body Media and has held this position since September, 2000. Prior thereto, Mr. Swoveland was Vice President-Finance and Treasurer of Equitable Resources Inc since 1994.
Mr. Swoveland serves as Chairman of the Compensation Committee. He also serves on the Audit Committee and the Executive Committee.
