As Senior Vice President General Counsel and Secretary Jeffrey C. Moore advises the Company’s key executives and Board of Directors overseeing all SEC reporting and legal compliance matters. Mr. Moore came to ICT Group from Kulicke & Soffa Industries where as VP and General Counsel he oversaw the legal affairs of this company including domestic and international acquisitions and joint ventures and handling its securities finance and legal compliance matters. Mr. Moore also served as General Counsel for Envirosource Treatment and Disposal Services. Mr. Moore has a JD from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and a BA degree in Speech Communication from Pennsylvania State University. |
