As executive vice president and chief business officer, Jeff Benzing is responsible for overseeing and executing on all company business objectives.
Since joining Novellus in 1988, Mr. Benzing has held a number of positions, including vice president of product development; executive vice president of systems development, engineering and operations; and executive vice president of the deposition and surface integrity product groups.
Prior to his career at Novellus, Mr. Benzing served as co-founder and vice president of engineering at Benzing Technologies. From 1979 to 1984 he held various positions at Hewlett-Packard Company.
Mr. Benzing holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from the University of California at Berkeley, and a master's degree in mechanical engineering from Stanford University.
