Jeffrey B. McIntyre is a patent attorney in the firm's Litigation Practice Group. His practice includes all phases of litigation from opinions through discovery, trial and appeals. He is also experienced in all aspects of chemical patent prosecution with particular expertise in the biotechnology arts.
Mr. McIntyre received his Juris Doctor from the UCLA School of Law and his Bachelor of Arts degree from Cornell University where he majored in Chemistry and Biology.
Mr. McIntyre is admitted to the California and the District of Columbia Bars and is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. He is a member of the Bar for the United States District Court for the District of Columbia. His association memberships include the American Bar Association and the American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA). |
