Jeff Eyres practices in the areas of product liability and commercial litigation, where he represents manufacturers, producers, transportation companies, and other businesses in state and federal courts throughout the country. Since joining the firm in 1994, Jeff has focused his practice on commercial disputes involving contract, warranty and business tort claims. He has represented and tried cases on behalf of clients in the transporation, sporting goods, manufacturing, agribusiness, and health care industries before courts and arbitration panels across the country. Jeff has been named a "Rising Star" several times by his peers, as noted in Minnesota Law & Politics magazine. Before he joined the firm, Jeff clerked for Judge Donald Alsop of the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota from 1992 to 1994.

Represented transporation companies in numerous contract and warranty
disputes with vendors and suppliers.
Represented food distributor in multiple actions involving allegations of
adulterated food product.
Defended travel company in action involving allegations of theft and
tortious interference with time share interests in Mexico.
Represented regional air carrier in aircraft lease dispute.
Represented farm equipment manufacturer in multiple actions involving
allegations of fraud and RICO violations.
Defended sporting goods manufacturer against personal injury and
wrongful death claims.
Represented air carrier in a dispute involving aircraft noise dampening
systems.
