Mr. Fraser, NIC's founder, has served as Chairman since our formation. Mr. Fraser also served as Chief Executive Officer from May 2002 to February 2008 and previously held that position from January 1992 until November 1999. Additionally, from August 1991 to September 1998, he founded and served as President and Chief Executive Officer of our initial company, Kansas Information Consortium, Inc. Mr. Fraser holds a B.S. in human resource management and an M.S. in information systems from Friends University in Wichita, Kansas. |
