Jeffery J. Ruffini has been with TechTeam since July 1990. He has served in various assignments with the company including Program Manager, Director of Help Desk Operations, Vice President of Corporate Services, and is currently Vice President of Operations for North America. He is responsible for the operational delivery of TechTeam’s services, including the following: financial results, customer satisfaction, service level agreement attainment, and performance.
Prior to joining TechTeam, Mr. Ruffini was a teacher for Adult Education Programs and Elementary Education. He also spent five years at O/E Learning as an instructor training curriculum design and follow-up support for desktop and mainframe applications. Mr. Ruffini received a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from Oakland University; a Master of Education degree in Instructional Technology from Wayne State; and a Certification from University of Michigan’s Executive Management Development Program.
