Mr. Lee’s practice is focused primarily on employment litigation. In the past ten years, Mr. Lee has tried eleven cases to a jury verdict. In two of those cases, he represented plaintiffs in commercial disputes where his clients received verdicts of $7,546,515.00 and $3,400,000.00. In the other cases, Mr. Lee represented the defendant in various types of employment lawsuits. His clients received defense verdicts in seven of the cases. In the other two, the plaintiffs received verdicts of $3,000.00 and $5,000.00. Mr. Lee's jury trial victories include a defense verdict for a world-wide tire manufacturer in a nation-wide class action, a defense verdict in a thirty-six plaintiff hostile work environment lawsuit and the successful defense of a one hundred twenty six plaintiff employment fraud case. In addition to jury trials, Mr. Lee has successfully litigated numerous labor and employment arbitrations. His non-litigation practice consists of advising clients on employment and labor relations matters.Outside the Office:Mr. Lee is married to the former Gay D. Swinney and they have three children. |
