Mr. Froeschle is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers. He has served as an assistant attorney general for the State of Colorado, litigating on behalf of the Colorado Public Utilities Commision and the Colorado Board of Engineers. He has also served as senior counsel for Florida Power Corporation, litigating before the Florida Public Service Commission and the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, and as counsel and assistant vice president for InterSecurities, Inc., IDEX Mutual Funds, and Western Reserve Life Assurance Co. of Ohio, for whom he managed litigation of securities and insurance issues. Mr. Froeschle is licensed with the National Association of Securities Dealers as a General Securities Representative (Series 7) and as a General Securities Principal (Series 24), and he holds a State of Florida Securities License. He is a member of the Public Investors Arbitration Bar Association (PIABA).
