Jeff Walters has provided relationship marketing and brand communication counsel to some of the world’s leading brands. In his role as CMO, he applies his strategic marketing acumen to Click Tactics as well as to our expanding list of Global 2000 clients. Formerly the co-founder and president of Intrasight (a firm that merged with Click Tactics in August of 2007), Jeff brings to Click Tactics extensive experience in working with clients to develop and manage customer relationships for improved marketing ROI. Before founding Intrasight, Jeff was part of the founding management team of Targetbase, an innovative marketing services firm subsequently acquired by Omnicom (NYSE: OMC). Jeff’s prior experience includes developing brand and relationship marketing strategies and capabilities for large organizations including Microsoft, Nestle, IBM, Volkswagen, HP, Jack Daniel’s, Coca-Cola, the state of Hawaii and Marriott Resorts and Hotels. Jeff is co-author of ‘Measuring Brand Communication ROI’ and has lectured and published in venues on five continents. He has a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Valdosta State University and a Masters in Marketing Research from the University of Georgia. |
