Jeff’s remarkable and varied career in HR enables him to thoroughly understand the challenges of organizations with hiring needs not large enough for Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) to leverage the sophisticated recruitment and sourcing approaches of Pinstripe’s RPO services.
Because he’s worked with a variety of organizations in many different business applications Jeff is an expert at cutting through the obstacles smaller client organizations may face in their recruiting and hiring challenges. He brings energy and dedication to working with every Pinstripe client. In addition, he brings a top-to-bottom knowledge of business practices and HR that few other people in our industry have mastered. Jeff has held vice president of HR positions for Reuters, MasterCard International and Bank One Corporation (now JP Morgan). And you can tell how highly others in the industry think of Jeff by his leadership involvement in groups that enhance the HR industry’s professionalism and efficiency.
