Jeff joined LRA in 1985, concentrating his efforts on providing search, recruitment, and placement services to the high technology community nationwide. Jeff concentrates his efforts in the engineering disciplines of software, hardware, and electronics engineering. The majority of his activity is oriented toward staffing of design and development functions. Jeff has successfully worked with numerous high-tech clients to satisfy their most difficult and challenging staffing needs. Jeff has worked with many different types of client organizations, ranging from younger emerging telecom, internet, software and electronics organizations to Fortune 500 companies in the commercial and aerospace marketplace. As a result of his/LRA's extensive experience (more than 30 years), clients are able to draw on many of Jeff's available resources, including industrial, academic, and affiliate. These resources have enabled Jeff/LRA to satisfy clients' needs and requirements in a timely, cost-effective manner. Jeff is an active advocate in the search and recruitment industry. He spends part of his time as an active member of MPPC (Massachusetts Professional Placement Consultants), a local professional association of leading independent firms engaged in recruitment selection and placement of professional personnel where he is Past President and a former member of the Board of Director for many years. Jeff is also an active volunteer for the National Personnel Association (NPA), a nationwide cooperative network of placement professionals, where he is currently a Member of the Board of Directors.

Jeff Rudzinsky received his Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Ohio University in 1982. Outside of the office, Jeff enjoys spending time with his family and coaching youth sports.
