Jeff Rudnicki has consulted on numerous antitrust matters primarily in support of mergers and acquisitions, filed under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Act, before the Department of Justice and Federal Trade Commission in a broad range of industries, including household appliances, storage media, beer and liquor, music publishing, medical nutrition products, exhaustible energy resources, and other industrial and consumer products. He has experience in class action price fixing cases and attempted monopolization cases filed under the Sherman Act. In addition, Mr. Rudnicki has led second request data submissions to the regulatory agencies on several high-profile mergers.
He joined COMPASS in 2007 after six years at CapAnalysis a subsidiary of Howrey LLP, where he was an Economist. He has a M.A. in Applied Economics from Johns Hopkins University, and received his undergraduate degree from the Pennsylvania State University, B.S., Economics with Honors and High Distinction.
Mr. Rudnicki lives in Washington, DC with his fiancée Emily, a program analyst at the National Cancer Institute. In his free time he enjoys playing and watching sports; and is particularly a fan of Penn State Football and the Baltimore Orioles. |
