Jeff Rubin has more than 20 years of experience in technology marketing and management consulting, with a strong background in managing growing businesses, building and executing business strategies, improving processes and achieving sustainable results. He recently served as Senior Vice President, Marketing, InnoVentry, the largest developer, marketer, and deployer of self-service financial kiosks which offered automated check cashing and processing. Jeff was a member of a team that raised $115M and also served as General Manager, for InnoVentry's Entertainment Business Unit, a division which he built and sold for a 250% return in 18 months. Jeff also served as Chief Marketing Officer, Better World Services, the only environmentally-friendly roadside assistance and travel club in North America. Earlier, as Vice President, CSC/Index and a Manager for Booz Allen Hamilton, he led or participated in numerous management consulting programs aimed at bringing new strategic vision and technologies to bear on clients' most complex issues. The work spanned a variety of assignments including competitive analyses, strategic direction setting, business process development and implementation, and technology assessments. Previously, as Marketing Manager, Intel, Jeff marketed a line of peripheral microcontrollers. His responsibilities included coordination and leadership in defining the initial design characteristics and product positioning of the 80486, the world's leading microprocessor (at the time), and its associated platform of products. He also pioneered a new form of programmable microcontroller which was 50% less expensive for customers, more profitable for Intel, and captured 85% market share for this device category. Jeff holds a BAS from the School of Engineering and Applied Sciences and a BS from The Wharton School, both at the University of Pennsylvania. He also earned an MBA from the J. L. Kellogg School at Northwestern University. |
