Mr. Jeff Moorad has been an Oakley director since December 2006. Mr. Moorad is part-owner and general partner of Major League Baseball’s® Arizona Diamondbacks. The Arizona Diamondbacks team is based in Phoenix, Arizona and competes in the West Division of the National League. Prior to joining the Diamondbacks’ ownership group in 2004, Mr. Moorad served as president and chief executive officer of Moorad Sports Management, a company he founded in 1981 with a special emphasis on Major League Baseball®. In 1985 he joined forces with Leigh Steinberg to form one of the most powerful partnerships in the history of sports representation, covering both Major League Baseball® and the National Football League®, including negotiating more than $3 billion in professional athlete contracts. |
